This category aims to recognise an individual with less than three years of experience in the built environment but yet has positively impacted their organisation, through advocating for digitalisation, and the rollout of digital methodologies and/or technologies to achieve excellence on a project or within their organisation as a whole.
This category celebrates a BIM Champion who has proven themselves a standout driver of change in the construction sector, through promoting, implementing and supporting BIM processes and systems, and training future talent on the best use of the technology.
With more emphasis on digital delivery in the built environment, this category aims to recognise teams across the region that are enabling the digital transformation of an entire organisation or are responsible for driving the digital delivery of complex projects.
This category aims to recognise leaders (Director and above) who are pioneers and role models driving the adoption of technology and/or delivering a complex project in the region using state of the art technology and processes.
Company Awards
Celebrates a small and medium enterprise (SME) that has established itself as a respectable and dependable construction technology solution provider in the Middle East.
Teamwork makes the dream work. This category celebrates companies that have successfully leveraged technology to enhance collaboration across project stakeholders and ultimately boosted productivity and efficiency on complex projects.
Recognises construction companies that have leveraged technology (hardware, software, processes etc.) to achieve sustainability and Net Zero targets across their operations and various projects.
Data is the new oil, it is valuable and when reviewed it can provide significant benefits. This category was conceptualised to recognise the use of data and information to enhance project delivery, whether from a design standpoint, to refine construction processes or even to better manage a building or infrastructure project.
This category recognises a government organisation or department that has used technology extensively to enhance its operations and meet specific goals and objectives.
Celebrates companies that have pushed the envelope and developed or adapted technologies that have enabled them to achieve specific objectives or broader, company-wide goals such as better health and safety, sustainability, efficient project delivery etc.
Celebrates architects or consultants that have successfully utilised technology across their operations and projects to enhance the design/delivery of projects, boost overall quality, enhance efficiency and achieve sustainable outcomes.
Celebrates a contractor that has successfully utilised technology across its operations and projects to enhance efficiency of project delivery, boost quality, enhance safety, and reduce waste.
Specialist Awards
The category recognises construction software that has enabled construction companies to significantly improve office operations or the delivery of projects, through the use of cutting edge software (project management software, BIM applications, building management software etc).
The category recognises hardware that has enabled construction companies to significantly improve their operations or the delivery of projects via the use of their hardware (handheld wireless tools, 3D laser scanning solutions etc).
Precast concrete is increasingly being used in the delivery of construction projects across the Middle East, and offers enhancements such as better quality, speed of delivery, durability, and versatility as it can be cast into various shapes and sizes.
3D printing technology has emerged as a suitable method of on-site project delivery and, as the technology evolves, companies are also introducing new industrial 3D printers to deliver a broader range of projects. This category aims to recognise specialists who are developing 3DCP (3D Construction Printers) or are using 3DCP to deliver construction works across the Middle East.
Artificial Intelligence (AI) and drones are playing increasingly important roles in the delivery and operation of complex projects in the Middle East.
Offsite construction has emerged as a great way to enhance the delivery of construction projects in the region due to its numerous benefits. This category looks to recognise companies that are leveraging modular construction/offsite-construction to support the delivery of projects in the Middle East.
Project & Execution Awards
Digital twins can be a powerful tool for construction stakeholders, asset owners/operators in terms of improving the design/delivery of a project or even to ensure that the asset is operating at peak efficiency in the post delivery phase.
This category aims to recognise a building project that was successfully delivered and/or is managed using an array of digital technologies and processes to achieve KPIs and excellence.
This category recognises an infrastructure project that was successfully delivered and/or is managed using an array of digital technologies and processes to achieve KPIs and excellence.
REQUIREMENTS

Companies must have an office in the Middle East to be eligible.
Nominations can be submitted by any authorised representative from an organisation within the construction supply chain, for a company, project, or individual.
All necessary permissions from relevant stakeholders must be obtained prior to submission.
A nominal fee of USD 100 (AED 367) applies per nomination. This amount will be credited towards your attendance at the awards ceremony.
An attendance fee of USD 5,750 (AED 21,114) applies for a table of 10 guests at the awards gala, held at a five-star venue in Dubai. This includes networking, a premium three-course dinner, unlimited beverages, and the opportunity to receive a Winner or Honourable Achievement award.
All nominations must be submitted via this website. Supporting documents and images can be uploaded as part of the submission.
Entries will be judged solely on the information provided in the nomination.
Winners are selected by an independent panel of judges from across the regional construction industry.
Each category will recognise one Winner and one Honourable Achievement recipient.
